1. Q: I have questons about the letter I received, who should I call?
A: You should have a number to call which is listed on the letter that you received, however, you may
call 951.487.2249 and talk to a member of our compliance department for assistance.
2. Q: Why did I receive a letter from ICS?
A: There are many different reasons you may have received a letter from ICS. It may be that the
verbiage on the cert is not correct, a value may be incorrect, an endorsement may be missing, a wrong
date, incorrect Ambest rating, non-admitted companies, etc. The reasons for you receiving a letter of
non compliance are listed on the letter that was sent.
3. Q: Where do I send my certificate of insurance?
A: Your certificate of insurance should be mailed, faxed or emailed as advised on the letter from ICS. All
information regarding your insurance certificate will be handled by ICS because we are authorized as
compliance agents to track and monitor insurance certificates for the company requesting the
infromation.
4. Q: What happens if I do not comply with request for insurance information?
A: This would depend on our clients contract. The consequents could be anything from a disciplinary
action to termination of your contract.
